My journey: A personal commitment to wellbeing

My motivation as a Wellbeing Practitioner of International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine stems from deeply personal experiences. Living with ADHD has profoundly shaped my life, presenting challenges with focus, emotional regulation, and daily demands. Yet, these experiences have also gifted me a deep understanding of how mental health and wellbeing impact every aspect of life. Navigating these challenges has cultivated resilience, self-awareness, and practical coping strategies, all contributing to my personal growth.

Becoming a Wellbeing Practitioner feels like a natural progression. I'm driven by the desire to merge my lived experience with professional training and evidence-based approaches. My aim is to support others in building confidence and a sense of control over their wellbeing, helping them feel less alone and more empowered to lead fulfilling lives.

Neurogentle: A unique approach to support

My approach to supporting neurodivergent people is rooted in gentleness, lived experience, and genuine understanding. As someone with ADHD, I don't view neurodivergence as something to be 'fixed.' Instead, I recognise it as a distinct way of experiencing and interacting with the world—one that deserves compassion, respect, and tailored support.

Through NeuroGentle, I strive to create a calm, inclusive space where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered. My role isn't to lead from above but to walk alongside each person, supporting them in reconnecting with their strengths, building self-compassion, and developing a relationship with their wellbeing that feels kind, flexible, and achievable.
