You can expect a calm, validating space where we explore regulation, self-understanding, and ways of living that honour your energy levels, sensory needs, and communication style. Our approach is gentle, collaborative, and non-pathologising, focused on support rather than 'fixing'.

What positive changes can i expect?

We are especially passionate about supporting autistic adults, ADHDers, and those who are late-identified, burned out, or have spent years masking or feeling misunderstood. You set the pace for our work, and we collaborate in ways that feel safer, more accessible, and sustainable for you. Clients often report increased self-understanding, improved coping strategies, and a greater sense of peace.

How should i prepare for my first session?

Just be yourself and feel comfortable! There's no special preparation needed other than showing up as you are. We offer both virtual sessions for convenience and will soon be introducing group sessions to provide a holistic healing service. We aim to make every session as comfortable and accessible as possible.
